Founder and President
Glen is a graduate of the University of Virginia. As the former director of operations at Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello, he oversaw six presidential visits and over 50 heads of state visits. He has also served as President of the Charlottesville Board of Directors at the Virginia Athletic Foundation, and the Virginia Chapter of the National Football Foundation. Away from the office, he enjoys being a color analyst and producer for various sports broadcasts.

Originally from Grove City, PA, Alexis has relocated to Charlottesville to pursue her career in the Sport Hospitality field. Alexis is recent graduate from Slippery Rock University. Prior to her position at Notus, Alexis completed an internship here, as well as practicums at Grove City High School and College, California University of Pennsylvania, and Aubrey Dubb's Dred Golf Course. Alexis enjoys spending time helping others and has logged over 400 hours of community service with organizations like Starkey Hearing Foundation, The Painted Turtle Camp, and Children's Miracle Network. Other hobbies include dancing, spending time with friends, and relaxing!
Luke was born and raised in Charlottesville, attending Monticello High School before receiving his B.A. from North Carolina State University in Communication, with a focus on rhetoric and digital media. While in Raleigh, Luke covered numerous Wolfpack athletic events as a staff writer and later a sports editor for Technician, the student newspaper. He returned to Charlottesville in 2014 and has covered many prep and collegiate sporting events over the past several years. His hobbies include tennis, cooking, visiting historical sites, and watching all sports but primarily the N.C. State Wolfpack and Washington Redskins.
